My name is Joshua Pettus and I'm the President and Broker for Home Grown Real Estate. I grew up right here in North Alabama, where I graduated from Rogers High School.  After high school, I moved to Argentina for two years where I served as a missionary there, and also learned to speak fluent Spanish. After coming home I moved to Huntsville, Alabama, where I attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville and got my degree in Business Administration.  I've been working in real estate for over five years, and I am currently the President and Broker of Home Grown Real Estate.  I enjoy the challenges of real estate, and I enjoy helping people find exactly what they need.  I have extensive experience with foreclosures and distressed properties, and also in construction and remodeling.  In addition to real estate services, I can also provide construction and remodeling solutions through our sister company, Harmony Building.  I bring to my clients honest direction and guidance.  They are always happy when I tell them what they need to hear, rather than what is best for my pocket book like so many other agents do.  I take pride in the fact that my clients put their trust in my advice, and know that I am truly looking out for their best interests.
